Whilst renowned soul/jazz vocalists and musicians such as Brian Auger, Jeremy Steig, Roy Ayers, Reuben Wilson, Guida de Palma, N’Dambi, Hil St Soul and Flora Purim have graced DTTB tracks in the past and present it’s recording core, in the U.K, remains an ever growing melting pot of talented musicians. Ranging from long time stalwarts such as Tony Remy ­guitar, Julian Crampton ­bass, Neil Angilley and Neil Cowley ­keys, Ian Crabtree ­guitar/writing and Richard Sadler ­Percussion and engineer to newer additions to the studio side such as Tim Smart ­Trombone, Pablo Mendelssohn ­trumpet, James Knight ­sax and Phil Nelson ­drums. Who together work with and sometimes co­write with Stuart Wade within the studio set up.

On the live side it slightly changes with the U.K live band having it’s core of Simon T Bramley ­bass, Neil Burditt ­keys , Phil Nelson ­drums, Tim Smart ­trombone and James Knight ­sax with the addition of extra guitar and trumpet players to bring the seven piece band together. Together this line up brings the DTTB sound to live audiences outside of the U.S.

In the U.S the live side changes once again and a new look DTTB (U.S) band is currently being put together under the guidance of the ever talented Rufus Philpot ­bass and Katisse Buckingham ­sax.
